Workspaces, sites and access
How to organise sites and control who sees what.
Roles
Access is set at two levels.
Workspace roles apply to everything in it:
- Super admin / Admin — manage the workspace, its members, and every site.
- Member — work with the sites they are added to.
- Viewer — read-only.
Site roles narrow that further, so a contractor can be added to one site without seeing the rest.
Inviting someone
Settings → Members → Invite. They get an email with a link; the invitation is pending until they accept. You can change a role or remove someone at any time, and removing them revokes access immediately.
A workspace admin is always a site admin — roles cannot contradict each other.
Deleting things
Disconnecting a site deletes its scans, pages and findings with it. Deleting a workspace deletes its sites. Neither is reversible, so both ask first.
