What to include, so we can help faster

A check reported something wrong
Send the issue number, the URL it flagged, and what you believe is correct. Every guide in the help centre describes how that check is evaluated, which usually makes it obvious whether it is a misfire — and if it is, we want the example.
A scan failed or stalled
The site address and roughly when you started it. If the site is behind basic auth or an IP allowlist, mention that — the crawler will not get in, and that is the usual cause.
Pages are missing from a scan
Check how scanning works first — the page cap, an exclude pattern or robots.txt accounts for nearly all of it. If none of those explain it, send us the URL.
Billing or a bigger plan
Tell us how many sites and roughly how many pages each. Pricing is per site, so that is all we need to quote you.

Before you write

The FAQs answer the most common questions, including the two we are asked most: PixyScan does not measure page speed, and it does not email you when a scan finds something.
